Examples of What We’ve Done

A Columbus, Ohio-based hospital and healthcare system engaged TOP Consulting to assist with their transition to the Workday platform for finance and supply chain management including managing the flow of critical patient care supplies during the COVID-19 pandemic. This program, led by a major systems integrator, was the second phase of the client’s multi-year journey to transform their business processes and technology with a focus on long-term sustainable improvements. This 18-month effort was highly cross-functional and included a fully remote project team of nearly 100 total members. 

A central-Ohio-based Quick Service Restaurant preparing for unprecedented growth engaged TOP Consulting to select and implement an ERP solution. The organization had a collection of disparate, disconnected systems which required significant manual processes to keep everything running. TOP met with key representatives from each core business area to document what was and was not working well. TOP worked with the company to organize, send, and compile RFI results for the top-tier ERP solutions available. Assisted the business in assessing and identifying the solution which best fit the needs of the company. Infor ERP was selected as the vendor. Our team worked with the client to redesign their Chart of Accounts and created conversion mapping in preparation for the Infor implementation. TOP led the ERP program and worked alongside the implementation partner to deliver the client’s original vision.

TOP Consulting led a program to manage the upgrade of both PeopleSoft HCM and Finance for a major Global Retailer client. This program was a 3 year effort and included extensive migration of custom code along with the implementation of Oracle’s new Fluid interface.  The program was delivered on time and within budget.  TOP’s Program/Project Manager was instrumental in leading the client through the entire program’s lifecycle managing the vendor, implementation partner and internal resources.
