Chih Lee is currently the Chief Operating Officer of TOP Consulting.  Chih joined TOP Consulting in 2006 as a Senior Program Director and progressed into his current position as a Partner and COO in 2007.  Chih has previously worked with TOP Consulting leaders and always felt the culture and client centric approach suited to his style perfectly. In his role as COO his position has evolved from project delivery to providing executive oversight and business development. Chih’s primary responsibility over the past several years has been business development and customer relationship management. As the business development executive, Chih has been instrumental in building TOP’s HealthCare vertical which has included implementing major initiatives that include Epic, IoT, Predictive Analytics, Data Analytics and Program/Project Management across TOP’s HealthCare clients. Chih has formed an alliance partnership between TOP Consulting and Informatica to become an Informatica Silver Partner. Chih continues to maintain strong relationships with TOP’s clients and alliance partners to build the strongest possible partnerships. Chih focuses on the continuous evolution in Technology. He wants TOP Consulting to be able to support TOP’s clients in emerging technological growth areas. Chih drives TOP Consulting to invest in partnerships; training and recruiting experienced professionals to grow in these areas. His family is active in various charities, including volunteering for the Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Annual fundraising events, American Cancer Society, American Heart Associations, serves on the board for Oracle Cloud User Group and Upper Arlington Travel Baseball Organization along with activities with the Boy Scouts of America. Chih and his wife along with their three children reside in Upper Arlington, Ohio.
