TOP Consulting offers a 401k plan that gives our employees the ability to defer a portion of their salary pre-tax, or make a post-tax Roth contribution up to the maximum permitted by law, to a 401K with American Funds. This goes into effect 60 days after employment with employees 100% vested at that time. This is accompanied by a Corporate Contribution of 3% to all employees.
Disability

Short-term disability can provide 60% of earnings up to $1,000 per week following an accident with a 7-day elimination period. TOP pays for this coverage.

Long-term disability can provide 60% of earnings up to $6,000 per month or 60% of $10,000 per month following a 90-day elimination period. TOP offers this coverage to be purchased by each employee.
