Examples of What We’ve Done

Led a project to integrate a large health system with an external predictive analytics vendor to assist with patient scheduling. Using direct access to the electronic medical record system, the team established real-time data integration with the analytics partner. This real-time integration provided the platform from which a predictive analytics model identified Medicare patients at risk of developing gaps in care. The health system was then able to use this information to contact patients proactively, thus reducing gaps in care for this population.

TOP Project Managers successfully led the following key retail projects to successful completion.

 

  • Developed and implemented standards for using O365 SharePoint for IT Projects
  • Led effort for Agile Transformation for the business intelligence organization
  • Introduced and implemented Nexus Agile Scaling Methodology to the eCommerce team for the delivery of the Marketing loyalty and personalization programs
  • Managed the rollout of the Adobe Experience Manager across the eCommerce platforms along with working closely with the business transformation team

Led a program for a major global retailer to design and implement a new corporate marketing sign management system; to order and manage retail signage. The project was on the verge of failure when TOP Consulting began managing the program. Our Program Manager was asked to find a solution for the business sponsors. The system links sign images and attributes along with integration to commercial shipping vendors. It provides a corporate home office view as well as a portal for each retail store. TOP’s Program Manager redesigned and successfully deployed the project without exceeding the original budget. The new in-house solution saved more than $100,000 in annual licensing fees.
