TOP Consulting offers its employees certain benefits:

  • Competitive Wages, Bi-weekly Payroll, and Direct Deposit
    TOP Consulting pays top dollar for senior consultants, project managers and developers.
    Employees are paid every 2 weeks through a professional payroll service and have the option of having their pay direct deposited into their bank account.


  • Medical Vision and Dental Coverage
    Medical Insurance is offered in the form of an Anthem HSA Plan. TOP Consulting pays half of the employee single coverage premium for this elected insurance. With an HSA plan, money for medical expenses can be set aside pre-tax up to the maximum allowed by law.

    Vision and Dental Coverage are additional elective insurances that may be purchased by an employee as an individual or for a family.


  • Retirement Plan
    TOP Consulting offers a 401k plan that gives our employees the ability to defer a portion of their salary pretax, up to the maximum permitted by law, to a 401K with American Funds. This goes into effect 60 days after employment and you are 100% vested from the start. This is accompanied by a Corporate Contribution of 3% to all employees.


  • Long Term Disability Coverage
    This LTD coverage can provide 60% of monthly earnings to a maximum benefit of $10,000/month after a 90 day elimination period if employee becomes disabled. TOP offers this coverage to be purchased by each employee.


  • Life Insurance/Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
    TOP Consulting provides a $50,000 Life insurance policy as well as Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance for each employee.
    Employees may elect to purchase additional life insurance coverage.
